Is there parking at St John's Jailhouse? 

Free parking is available for most car types, courtesy of a nearby car park we have an agreement with. Details are provided within your reservation email, please get in touch should you need further information prior to making your reservation. 

Alternatively, on street parking is available on the street directly outside the property (St Johns Street / Mar place), free throughout the evenings from 5:30pm - 8:45am the following morning and all day on Sundays. On street parking is otherwise paid outside these at £4.00 for 4 hours with machines on street which take coins and card, you can also download the ‘RingGo’ app to manage and pay for time remotely.

*Please note the four bays directly outside our door are permit holders only but you can park in these bays between 5:30pm - 8:45am and all day Sunday when available.

Can I bring my pets? 

We love them as much as you do! But unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind to protect the amenity of all our guests.

Can I drop my bags off before check-in? 

Of course - we are able to store your luggage from 12:00pm onwards on the day of check-in. Please contact your host to arrange this service.

Do you have a Crib?

We have a travel cot which can be provided by prior arrangement with your host.
